It looks silly but proven effective.  I used to stress out from work commitment.  One day, I went home, too stress until I can't even talk.  My former housemate,  (who is a hotel manager) was asking me, ''are you ok''? ''I'm so stress'', I replied.  She was laughing at me.  ''When you feeling stress, just laugh''.  I said nothing because at the time, it didn't make sense to me, until one day I gave a go. By laughing even though it just a fake laugh, does make my mood better.  You should try this approach too.  Believe me, it worth trying.
